That was popular and absolutely great hotel set in touristic area, close to restaurants, main tourist places, and a convenient area, close to popular attractions and public transportation. Booked a double room where hot water always seemed available...

breakfast with large bowl. new-fashioned & tidy unit on the 5th level. great and fantastic location super close to the market and easy access to a night market and supermarkets.

The staff here were friendly and respectful, ready to assist whenever needed, and the double room I requested was spacious and comfortable.

Location: the hotel was close to the market and highlands coffeeshop, and the centre of Saigon. The staff were super-friendly, thanks to them everything was great. Room was reasonably large and unique with tea and coffee, and an iron.

The staff at this central hotel are friendly and helpful, and they keep the place clean. the location is excellent, right next to Bui Vien Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market where you can find cheap food for 20,000-50,000 dong.

The rooms at Botanic House Saigon are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a group of friends like us. The private bathroom with a shower and slippers made us feel right at home. We loved having the option of relaxing on the balcony in certain rooms. The flat-screen TV with cable channels in all units was a great addition for chilling out. The seating area in certain rooms was a nice bonus for hanging out together. The private entrance of the double room gave us a sense of privacy. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay. Having an electric kettle in the room was convenient for making hot drinks. The soundproofing in the double room ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

We personally didn't find much use for the bidet in the room.

The place has a great central location near all the attractions.

The location of Botanic House Saigon was fantastic, being close to the market, highlands coffeeshop, many restaurants, cafes, Bui Vien Walking Street. The property was situated off the main road, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

The room I was given was bright and absolutely perfect with clean towels, a nice balcony, and hot water always seemed available. The hotel staff was good and kind, they all greeted me. The location was great in a tourist area, near close to popular attractions.
